About Login Troubleshooting

This guide is for accounts that aren’t utilizing Google or Office 365 for logging into Iru. If you do use those services for Iru authentication, learn how to reset your passwords here:

Account Owners

The link in the password reset email will expire if not used within 24 hours.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you have two options to regain access to your account.

Navigate to Login Page

Navigate to your Iru login page, and click on the Forgot password? link.

Enter Email Address

On the next page, enter the email address you used to access Iru.

Submit Reset Request

Click on the Continue button. You’ll receive confirmation that the reset password email has been sent.

How It Works

Account recovery works differently depending on your role. Account Owners can reset their own passwords, while they can also assist other administrators in their organization.

Reset Password for Other Administrators

Account Owners can assist with account recovery for other Iru Administrators in their organization by following these steps:

Navigate to Access Settings

Navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

Select Access Tab

Click the Access tab.

Select Team Member

Click on the Team Member you would like to reset the password for.

Reset Password

Click the Reset Password button. A password reset email will be sent to the Team Member.
