About Reach 360

Iru reads enrollments, completions, content, and group data from Reach 360 using a Bearer token created under Manage → Settings → Manage API Keys.

  • Admin on the Reach 360 tenant.

Connect Reach 360 to Iru

Generate a key

Manage → Settings → Manage API Keys → Generate New Key, name it (for example Iru Compliance), copy once.

Open Sources

In Iru Compliance, on the left navigation bar, expand Compliance and select Sources.

Turn on Reach 360

Find Reach 360 (use Category or Search by name or description). On that card, turn on the toggle. A browser tab or window may open for the connector wizard.

Paste the API key

Paste the Bearer token when prompted.

Confirm the source is Active

Submit until the Reach 360 card shows Active.

Troubleshooting

Check pop-up blocker settings for the Iru site and try again.
Key deleted - generate a new one.
Confirm Admin role.
