About Trust Center Setup
The Editor tab is where you customize, configure, and publish your Trust Center. It allows you to apply your organization’s branding, add company information, manage your domain, publish certifications, and control NDA enforcement. Everything you publish or modify here directly impacts the look and behavior of your public Trust Center portal.How It Works
Trust Center setup provides a structured approach to creating a professional, branded portal for sharing compliance information. The system guides you through initial configuration, domain setup, content publishing, and security controls to ensure your Trust Center meets your organization’s needs.Setup Capabilities
Initial Configuration

Navigate to Editor
Navigate to Trust Center → Editor in the sidebar

Get Started
If this is your first time configuring the Trust Center, click Get Started

Enter Company Information
Enter your company name, description, contact email, and privacy policy URL

Upload Logo
Upload your company logo to display on your public page
Domain Configuration

Review Default Domain
By default, your Trust Center is hosted at
yourcompany.trust-center.iru.com2
Set Custom Domain
To use a custom domain, click the Edit icon next to the domain field

Enter Subdomain
Enter your preferred subdomain (e.g.,
trust.yourdomain.com)4
Configure DNS
Follow the DNS instructions to add a CNAME record

Verify Domain
Once verified, your Trust Center will be accessible from both your Iru subdomain and your custom domain
Certification Management

Upload Certifications
From the Editor, upload or link your compliance certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR

Add Custom Certifications
You can also add custom certifications or policies that you wish to display on your public page

Organize Certifications
Arrange certifications in the order you want them to appear on your public Trust Center
NDA Protection Setup

Upload NDA Document
To enable NDA protection, attach your NDA document under the NDA section of the Editor

Enable NDA Protection
When NDA is active, anyone requesting access will be prompted to download, sign, and upload the NDA before approval

Review NDA Process
Administrators can then review the NDA file in the Accounts tab before granting access
Artifacts Management

Open Manage Artifacts
From the Editor, click Manage Artifacts to open the list of available artifacts

Upload New Artifacts
Click Upload Artifact to add new materials

Provide Details
Provide a clear name, description, and upload the file or let Iru AI automatically process the document and generate a title and description

Select File Types
Accepted file types include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and CSV

Publish Artifacts
Open any artifact to view its details and select Show in Trust Center to publish it on your public page

Update Artifacts
You can update artifact details, replace files, or unselect Show in Trust Center to remove them from public view without deleting them from your internal system
Ensure all published content is accurate and up-to-date. Outdated compliance information can create legal and business risks.
The Trust Center setup process is designed to be completed in stages. You can save your progress and return to complete configuration later.
