This guide applies to Apple TV devices
Iru Endpoint can only manage tvOS devices if they are assigned to Iru Endpoint in your Apple Business Manager account. If your Apple TV isn’t available in your Apple Business Manager account, follow these steps.
Enrollment occurs at the initial Setup of an Apple TV. Devices that are already past the initial setup screen will have to be erased in order to enroll.

Assign Apple TV Devices to Iru Endpoint

Access Apple Business Manager

Log in to Apple Business Manager and select Devices from the left-hand navigation bar.

Search for Device

Search for a device in the search field.

Select Device

Select the device from the list.

Edit MDM Server

Click the ellipsis in the upper right corner, then click Edit MDM Server.

Assign to Iru Endpoint

Click Assign to the following MDM and choose the Iru Endpoint server you created when enabling MDM with Iru Endpoint.

Continue Assignment

Select Continue.

Confirm Assignment

Confirm that you want to change the MDM server the device is assigned to.

Set Default MDM Server Assignment

Access Preferences

Select your name from the left-hand navigation bar.

Select Preferences

Select Preferences.

Access MDM Server Assignment

Select MDM Server Assignment.

Edit Default Assignment

Under Default MDM Server Assignment, select Edit.

Select Iru Endpoint Server

Choose the Iru Endpoint server you created when enabling MDM with Iru Endpoint for Apple TV, then click Done.

Confirm Apple TV Devices in Iru Endpoint

Access Devices

In the Iru Endpoint web app, select Devices in the left-hand navigation bar.

View Automated Device Enrollment

Click Devices under Automated Device Enrollment.

Verify Device Assignment

Confirm that you see the Apple TV device(s) that you assigned from Apple Business Manager. If you don’t see the Apple TV device(s), click the Fetch Now button.
