Considerations

Prerequisites: Ensure the Iru Endpoint Service Integration Hub app is installed in your ServiceNow tenant before configuring the integration. Credentials: Keep your ServiceNow OAuth app credentials secure and consider rotating them regularly for enhanced security. Testing: Always test the integration with a small subset of devices before rolling out to your entire fleet. Data Synchronization: Device asset information will begin syncing automatically once the integration is complete.
