# Iru 계정 복구

> 잠긴 Iru 계정에 대한 액세스를 복구합니다. 비밀번호를 재설정하고, 2단계 인증을 복원하고, 지원 채널을 통해 관리자 액세스를 되찾으세요.

### 로그인 및 계정 복구 정보

사용자가 액세스를 되찾을 수 있도록 인증 등록 요청을 보내 새 패스키를 등록하게 하거나, 인증기를 관리하고 재설정할 수 있습니다. 전체 단계는 **Passkeys & Social Login**의 [인증 등록 요청 보내기](/ko/iru/access/passkeys-and-social-login#send-authentication-registration-request) 및 [팀원의 패스키 관리](/ko/iru/access/passkeys-and-social-login#manage-passkeys-for-team-members)를 참조하세요. 복구 옵션은 아래와 같이 사용자의 로그인 방식(소셜 로그인 또는 패스키)에 따라서도 달라집니다.

### Google 또는 Microsoft로 로그인하는 경우(소셜 로그인)

Google 또는 Microsoft를 사용하여 Iru에 로그인하는 경우 해당 공급자에서 비밀번호를 재설정하세요.

### 패스키로 로그인하는 경우

[패스키](/ko/iru/access/passkeys-and-social-login#passkeys)를 사용하여 로그인하는 경우 자격 증명 관리자(예: 1Password, Apple Passwords)를 사용하여 Iru 로그인 페이지에서 인증하세요. 패스키에 더 이상 액세스할 수 없는 경우 계정 소유자가 [인증 등록 요청](/ko/iru/access/passkeys-and-social-login#send-authentication-registration-request)을 보내야 새 패스키를 등록할 수 있습니다. 계정 소유자는 **Passkeys & Social Login**에서 [팀원의 인증기를 관리하거나 재설정](/ko/iru/access/passkeys-and-social-login#manage-passkeys-for-team-members)할 수도 있습니다.

  macOS에서 패스키를 요청하는 메시지가 표시되지만 이전에 생성한 패스키가 포함되어 있지 않은 경우 **시스템 설정 > Privacy & Security > Passkeys Access for Web Browsers**를 열고 사용 중인 브라우저에 대한 액세스를 켜세요. 그런 다음 브라우저를 닫았다가 다시 열고 인증을 다시 시도하세요. Identity 앱 사용자에게도 [앱 액세스](/ko/identity/end-user/accessing-your-apps#find-and-open-an-app)에서 동일한 팁이 표시됩니다.
