# macOS용 Managed OS 문제 이해

### macOS용 Managed OS 문제 정보

Managed OS의 작동 방식을 이해하면 예상대로 진행되지 않을 때 문제를 더 쉽게 해결할 수 있습니다. macOS용 Managed OS는 지원되는 모든 macOS 버전에서 [Declarative Device Management(DDM)](/ko/endpoint/library/managed-os/declarative-device-management-and-managed-os)를 사용합니다. Iru Endpoint는 필수 macOS 버전과 적용 기한을 기기에 선언합니다. 그러면 운영 체제가 다운로드, 캐싱, 사용자 알림 및 설치를 처리합니다.

### 작동 방식

Iru Endpoint에서 macOS용 Managed OS를 구성할 때 최소 버전과 기한을 설정합니다. Iru는 이를 선언으로 기기에 보냅니다. 그러면 운영 체제가 다음을 수행합니다:

* Apple에서 제공하는 업데이트를 확인합니다
* 업데이트를 다운로드하고 캐시합니다
* 기한에 따라 사용자에게 알립니다
* 예약된 시간에 설치를 적용합니다
